How to use Relay Bridge for a launch sale
Relay can move sale funds to the required chain, but the token and network must match the sale page. Check the quote and confirm receipt before buying.

Use Relay Bridge to move funds to the chain a launch sale accepts, then buy through the sale’s own page once the funds arrive. A bridge moves crypto between blockchains. The key is to match the sale’s network and accepted token exactly; holding the right amount on the wrong chain will not complete a purchase.
What should you check before bridging?
Check the sale page for its network, accepted token, payment address or purchase button, and sale deadline. Also check whether the sale needs funds in your own wallet or asks you to send them to a specific address. Relay can move funds between supported chains, but it cannot make a sale accept a different network or token.
For example, if a sale accepts USDC on one network and you hold ETH on another, choose the source chain and ETH in Relay, then select the sale’s chain and an accepted token as the destination. Review the amount you will receive after fees. If the transfer is still pending, read how long a Relay Bridge transfer can take before assuming it has failed. A pending transfer is not the same as funds ready to spend.
How do you move funds with Relay?
Open Relay, connect the wallet holding your funds, and choose the source and destination assets. The destination should be the token and chain the sale lists. Relay shows a quote before you confirm; check the amount, fees, and destination details against the sale’s requirements.
- Keep enough of the source chain’s native token to pay any transaction fee.
- Check the receiving wallet address and network before confirming.
- Review the quoted amount after fees, so you know how much will reach the destination.
- Confirm the transfer in your wallet, then check Relay’s status and your destination wallet.
Relay routes a cross-chain transfer through its app. Your wallet still asks you to approve the transaction. If the route requires a token approval, read what the wallet is asking you to approve before signing. Save the transaction details so you can check its status if the funds do not appear promptly.
When are the funds ready for the sale?
They are ready when the accepted token appears in your wallet on the sale’s network. Check the network shown in the wallet, not just the token name: the same token label can refer to assets on different chains. Then return to the sale page, connect the wallet if needed, and follow its purchase steps.
Do not start a bridge at the last moment of a time-limited sale. Quotes can change, and transfers can take longer than expected. Leave time to check the received amount and complete the purchase. The useful rule is simple: verify the sale’s exact requirements first, bridge only what fits them, and treat the sale page as the final guide to buying.
